Mobile opt-in data and donor information are never shared for third-party marketing purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number to us when you donate or otherwise communicate with us, you are voluntarily opting in to receive mobile messages from Misericordia at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in. You agree that any mobile number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile number, you agree to promptly notify us at email privacy@misericordia.com 

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out status. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. 

Email Communications 

You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent. 

Children’s Policy 

We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

This website is owned and operated by Misericordia. No material from this website or any website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Misericordia may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without written permission from Misericordia.
